Royal Mail / Consignia

During the first Coca-Cola Auction The Royal Mail lost 30 envelopes each containing 10 ring pulls valued at 1000 Coke Credits. I have argued and argued as I had the proof that they were posted & I also received proof from Coca-Cola themselves that they NEVER received the envelopes. If the mail had got lost then there would have been some trace but they vanished. I have always insisted that these items of mail were stolen and my views have not changed. As a result I lost out dearly to the tune of a DVD player & a year's supply of Coca-Cola which I was going to give to my work colleagues as a thankyou for helping me collect all the ring-pulls. All I got from The Post Office was a book of 10 1st class stamps, value of £2.60. What a bloody insult both to me & my work colleagues. All I can say to sum up is the sooner the barriers are down for other operators to take over the routes the better, at least we might be able to know that what is posted doesn't get intercepted & actually gets delivered.
